Anousha has picked many herbs around Tbilisi, Gudauri, and Khevsureti, such as Mountain tea, thyme, wild mint, lemon balm, chamomile, chicory, dandelion, comfrey, rosehips, etc. However, some of the herbs she sells
like mountain tea, thyme, wild mint Rose petals, bitter orange blossom, Persian borage, saffron, and lemon balm are from Iran, while the Ziziphora is from Armenia.
Anusha searches for these herbs and picks them individually by hand. After this, she dries the plants, blends the herbs, and makes tea that is environmentally friendly, healthy, and natural.

Store tea in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
To retain freshness, any tea that contains flowers should be stored in the refrigerator in a sealed, airtight container that completely blocks light.
