Nadughi is a product common in all regions of Georgia. It is a dairy product

that bears resemblance to cottage cheese and the women’s cooperative

‘Disveli’ offers customers a taste of this fermented milk product made from

natural, unpasteurized milk.

After extracting cheese, there is a liquid left behind which can be used to make delicious Nadughi. The liquid is boiled for 5-10 minutes and after this time milk masses appear. It is then strained and filtered through a fine sieve or cheesecloth and the Nadughi is ready.
