100% natural, without any additional water. It is unpasteurized, and therefore very

beneficial from a health standpoint, due to the live bacteria within it.

In addition to this Matsoni also contains healthy proteins, carbohydrates, and vitamins A, B2 & B3.

This product stands out due to its unique taste and aroma, with a distinct brilliant

white color which is reminiscent of fresh snowfall. The fat content of buffalo Matsoni

is up to 7% and the structure itself, unlike Matsoni which is prepared with milk, is

denser and has less serum mixture.
