Mrs. Khatuna makes Sulguni Cheese. She uses pure and natural milk which she curdles to make some great products. She adds a natural bacterial starter to begin the process and after some time the cheese is formed. Khatuna stretches it to give it shape and the Sulguni Cheese is ready.
Sulguni cheese contains a large amount of protein, amino acids, calcium - as well as vitamins A, D, E and B. It is useful for the children, elderly and adults.
Without Sulguni cheese, products such as mchadi, shoti, khachapuri, cucumber-tomato salad, and many other Georgian dishes are unthinkable.
