Lexo makes his Imeretian cheese from natural, unpasteurized, full-fat milk.
He follows a traditional method of making the cheese which ensures every
batch he makes is of the same consistently high quality.
Lexo’s cows were imported from Holland as it is known that this specific
breed of Dutch cow produces the best milk in the world. They graze on grass
in summer and hay in winter. Their milk is full of vitamins and high in
healthy natural fats.
Cheese contains a large amount of protein, amino acids, and calcium, as well as vitamins A, D, E, B. It is
beneficial for children, the elderly, and adults. Without Imeretian cheese, products such as Mchadi, Shoti, Khachapuri, salads, and many other Georgian dishes are unthinkable.
